  • Double appointments

‎We can give you more time to speak to the doctor or nurse at your appointments.
  • Making you comfortable at appointments ‎

We can find a quieter space for you to wait before your appointment, for example, in one of our side rooms.

Sometimes we can reduce the amount of time you need to wait before your appointment.

  • Bring someone to support at your appointment

A family, friend or carer can come to your appointment with you.

You can add lots of information about you, including what is important to you, and how you like people to communicate with you.

You can bring this document every time you come to hospital and share it with the healthcare professional you are seeing.

You can also email a copy to Imperial.disability@nhs.net

First on theatre list

If you need surgery or a procedure, we will try to make sure you are seen first, so that you have less time to wait.
