Background

Mr Ahmad Aziz has clinical interests in Oculoplastics, Eyelid Surgery and Cataract. He qualified in 2005 at University College London and trained in London and at the Western Eye Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital and did additional orbital training with the Maxillofacial department at Northwick Park Hospital. He is the clinical lead for high volume cataract surgery and theatres, laser and Helping our teams transform in Ophthalmology. He is a member of the British Oculoplastic Society dealing with plastic surgery of the eyelids and the area around the eyes. He is a member of numerous multidisciplinary groups at Imperial including those specialising in facial reconstruction, thyroid eye disease, pituitary tumours, skull base pathology and head and neck cancer. His special clinical and research interests include eyelid surgery, thyroid eye disease, paediatric nasolacrimal duct obstruction, orbital trauma and patient reported outcomes.
