Please use NHS e-Referrals to refer a patient to our urology service. 

If you believe you may be a candidate for the Rezum Water Vapour procedure at Charing Cross Hospital, please visit your GP and ask them to refer you for this procedure.

Charing Cross Hospital

For acute patients, contact the switchboard on 020 3311 1234 and ask for the on-call registrar.

St Mary’s Hospital

For emergency referrals, pre-printed referral forms are available by calling 020 3312 1527.

Secondary care referrals

As a tertiary centre we accept referrals from other secondary care centres, usually for patients with cancer that needs surgical treatment.

The multidisciplinary team (MDT) coordinator at the referring trust should contact Imperial urology's MDT coordinator on imperial.Urology.MDT@nhs.net and complete the minimum dataset for a referral into our cancer service.

Where possible tests and investigations should be carried out prior to referral and results made available to Imperial to streamline this process for patients.
