Refer to the IVF service
Find advice and referrals information for GPs who would like to refer patients to our service.
Please use NHS e-Referrals to refer a patient to our IVF service , which can be accessed via reproductive medicine on NHS e-Referrals.
Please attach copies of any investigations your patients have had to their referrals. It will be helpful for patients to have:
- early follicular (day 2-7) FSH
- E2
- AMH
- mid luteal (day 21) progesterone
- transvaginal scan
- semen analysis (specifically for male patients)
