Wi-fi
NHS Wi-Fi – We have upgraded our NHS Wi-Fi service to allow for video calls and entertainment streaming services free of charge.

Macmillan information pod
The Macmillan information and support service at the Trust offers free, confidential support and information to those affected by cancer. Whether you are living with or beyond cancer, or you are a family member, friend or carer, we are here to support you.
Our service offers the opportunity to talk to one of our team one-on-one, about whatever matters the most to you. We provide support and information in our centres, virtually and by telephone, and run a range of patient groups. We also offer benefits advice to patients of the Trust.
Our two centres include the Macmillan Cancer Information Pod at Hammersmith Hospital. This is a drop-in service run by our dedicated team of cancer information professionals. Please visit the link below to view our opening hours and to find out more.

Chaplaincy facilities
Christian chapel
St Luke’s Chapel is open during the day for private prayer and reflection. Roman Catholic Mass is celebrated on Sunday at 12.30, and on Monday, Thursday (Latin), and Friday at 12.30, and usually on Holy Days of Obligation at 12.30 subject to availability on the day. An Anglican service of Morning Prayer is held on Tuesdays at 9.30.
Memorial services and other acts of worship are also held at particular times of year such as Christmas, Lent, Holy Week, and Easter.

From the main entrance on Du Cane Road, walk through the reception area into the south corridor. Turn right at the café and follow the signs to zone B. Walk past the gift shop and St Luke’s Chapel is signposted on the left.

Muslim prayer room
The Muslim prayer room has separate spaces and ablution facilities for men and for women. These spaces are provided for patients, and staff, for private and congregational prayer.
Jummah prayers are held on Friday’s. Please contact the chaplaincy for timings.

The Muslim prayer room is located on the first floor of a separate building and can be accessed via zone B.

08.00 to 20.00, daily. Outside of these hours, please contact Security to gain access.
Multi-faith room
The multi-faith room provides a quiet place for patients, and staff to pray or reflect.
Location
The multi-faith room is located on the first floor of a separate building and can be accessed via zone B.

Contact the chaplaincy on 020 3313 4574. The team is available from 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, call switchboard on 020 3311 1234 and ask for the on-call Chaplain.

Run by the Friends of Hammersmith Hospital, the shop sells a selection of cards, gifts, stationary and sweets.
