Dr Frances Sanderson went to medical school in Cambridge and Oxford. She was a medical trainee (acute medicine, nephrology, infectious disease) in Newcastle, Cardiff, Birmingham, London and Oxford. She has completed her PhD in immunology, an MSc in epidemiology (London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine) and her diploma in tropical medicine and hygiene.
