Here you'll find advice and referral information for GPs who would like to refer a patient to our blood testing service.

From 22 June 2020 blood tests at the Trust are by appointment only. We no longer offer a walk-in service. We have made this change to support social distancing and reduce waiting times for patients.

 

GP practices can book blood tests online for their patients.

To use the blood testing service at Charing Cross and Hammersmith hospitals patients will require a blood test referral form from their GP. Please note that the blood testing service at St Mary's Hospital does not accept referrals from GPs.

The clinic nursing staff can be contacted through switchboard on 020 3313 1000. Please ask for bleep number 1521 for Hammersmith Hospital and bleep number 7887 for Charing Cross Hospital.
