Wi-fi

Chaplaincy services
Christian chapel
St Mary’s Chapel is open to everyone; it provides a quiet place to pray or reflect during the day for prayer and reflection. Roman Catholic Mass is celebrated on Sunday at 12.00, on Monday at 3.00pm, and on Tuesday (Latin) and Thursday at 12.30, and usually on Holy Days of Obligation at 12.30 subject to availability on the day. An Anglican Eucharist is celebrated on Wednesday at 12.30.
Memorial services and other acts of worship are also held at particular times of year such as Christmas and Lent, Holy Week, and Easter.

Directions
From main reception in the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother (QEQM) building on South Wharf Road, take the lift to the second floor and walk across the red bridge to the Cambridge building. Once you have crossed the bridge, turn right and the chapel is at the end of the corridor on the left.
The chapel can also be accessed via the Cambridge building entrance on Norfolk Place. Take the stairs or lift to the first floor and follow signs to the Mary Stanford building.

07.00 to 19.00, daily. Outside of these hours, please contact security via the intercom to gain access.
Muslim prayer room
The Muslim prayer room has separate ablution facilities for men and for women. Women are invited to pray in the multi-faith room, which is next to the Muslim prayer room. These spaces are provided for patients and staff, for private and congregational prayer.
Jummah prayers are held on Friday’s, please contact the chaplaincy for timings.
Multi-faith room
The multi-faith room is available to staff and patients, and used by Muslim women for their prayers. It is next to the Muslim prayer room, and separated by a sliding partition. The space provides a quiet place for patients, and staff to pray and reflect. It is also used for Friday Jumma prayers together with the Muslim prayer room, with the sliding partition removed. On Fridays between 12pm and 2pm, the ‘Sitting Room’ meeting room nearby is made available for women to pray.

Enter the Cambridge building via the Norfolk Place entrance. Turn left and the prayer room are at the end of the corridor on the left.

11.00 to 19.00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, please contact security to access the multi-faith and Muslim prayer rooms.

The Friends of St Mary’s Hospital run a weekly stall selling a selection of cards, gifts and memorabilia.

Real Coffee café
The Real Coffee Café is situated on the ground floor of the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother (QEQM) building. It serves a selection of hot and cold beverages, food and snacks. There is a seating area where you can eat and drink, and free Wi-Fi is also available.
