Remembering Lesley Moran

Lesley Moran, a health records supervisor overseeing clinical preparation at Hammersmith Hospital, died in January 2021.

Lesley will be greatly missed by everyone who has worked with her during her 33 years at the Trust. She will be remembered by her colleagues for her caring nature and commitment to our patients.

Linda Watts, head of health records, said:

“Lesley was a dedicated member of our team, she truly lived by and demonstrated the Trust values and always met the demands of the Trust with a smile and a can do attitude. She had a very long service with the Trust and she will be very sadly missed by everyone who knew her.”

Lesley’s colleagues in health records said:

“We as a team are shocked and saddened to hear of Lesley’s passing and will miss her greatly.

“Lesley was one in a million, a beautiful person inside and out, not just a work colleague/friend but a true family member to all of us that worked with her within health records.

“Lesley was such a kind and caring person, she was known throughout the Hospital to all of the other departmental colleagues and really would do anything for anyone.

“Lesley’s motto was, ‘Remember that patient, it could be one of your own family members’, which she instilled into all of us.

“We, as a team will never forget you as you were a big part of our lives, it won’t be the same without you and never seeing your beautiful smile again, till we meet again.”
