I am deeply committed to providing compassionate care to patients and I believe that achieving this involves efforts from the ward to the board. Both working with patients and clinicians as well as helping to shape national policy are key to improving how we deliver health care.”

“Thank you to my colleagues at the Trust who work passionately to improve the way we deliver health services. I am proud of what we have achieved together and this recognition should be an accolade to everyone involved.”
