We would like as many patients, staff and other partners and stakeholders to join as possible – there will be a live Q&A session via a chat function. You are welcome to forward questions in advance of the AGM to the Communications Division via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The meeting will run from 17:45 (15 minutes allowed for all to connect) start time 18:00 to 19:30.
To ensure the AGM runs effectively and smoothly, below are some points for participants to take note of:
- Once connected, please wait in the ‘virtual lobby’ until the meeting organiser admits you, please join with your camera off and your audio muted
- Questions will be taken during the Q&A section of the agenda. You are welcome to submit your question by either raising your hand using the ‘hand’ icon displayed on Microsoft Teams, or by typing your question in the ‘meeting chat’
- To accommodate as many questions, please speak clearly, keeping your question short and to the point
- We ask you to be considerate when speaking and note that any poor behaviour may result in terminating your connection to the meeting.
The AGM will be recorded and then placed on the Trust’s website, your participation will be taken as consent for the Trust to use the video across its communication channels.
If you are unable to participate in the AGM, you are welcome to submit your question(s) in advance to the Communications Division via email: email@example.com
