 Before your appointment:

  • Double check hospital address.
  • If you have trouble walking or need to collect a wheelchair upon arrival try to arrive at least 45 minutes in advance.
  • Bring your clinic letter with you.

 When you get to your appointment:

  • Go to the correct wing.
  • Look up the wing you need to go to using the directory in the main entrance.
  • If you are unfamiliar with where your appointment is go to the front desk to get directions.

 When you get to the wing:

  • Go to the correct stairs or lift.
  • Find the life or stairs you need to go to using the directory outside the wing entrance Lifts and stairs are labelled with a letter (A, B, C, D...).

 At the lift or stairs:

  • Go to the correct floor.
  • Check the flloor you need to go to using the directory in the lift or stair lobby. Floors are numbered (1, 2, 3...)

 In the correct zone:

  • Go to the zone reception desk.
  • Look out for the signs on the wall and follow them to your appointment.
