Neuroscience research awareness day at Charing Cross Hospital

Join our Neurosciences Research Team on Monday, 7 August from 09.00-13.00 to find out about their current studies and how you can participate in their clinical trials.

One in six of us have a neurological condition, many of which are becoming increasingly common. Our Neurosciences Research Team, based at Charing Cross Hospital, are currently running studies on Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and are looking for people with these conditions to join their studies. By taking part in these clinical trials, participants will become part of a dedicated community and work hand in hand with experienced researchers and clinicians to advance the treatment for these conditions.

This event will raise awareness of these neurological conditions and inform people how they can participate in clinical trials and what the process would involve. Our Neurosciences Research Team will be on hand to address any questions you may have about research and to test your knowledge through some fun and interactive quizzes – with prizes to be won!

Join us on Monday, 7 August from 09.00-13.00 at the Outpatient Department on the First Floor of Charing Cross Hospital.

If you have any questions about the event or these clinical trials, please contact us on (0)20 3311 1154 or email imperial.mic@nhs.net.
