Parking at Hammersmith Hospital

Hammersmith Hospital has a small number of general and disabled car parking spaces; when possible we would encourage you to use public transport to travel to hospital.

General parking

General parking bays are located by the main entrance on Du Cane Road, on Artillery Lane, and at the north entrance (zone N). 

Parking costs £2.40 per hour and there are several pay and display machines that are all signposted. The machines accept cash, card and contactless payments, please ensure your ticket is displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle.

There are pick-up and drop-off points directly outside the hospital’s main and north entrances.

Disabled parking

There are 18 disabled parking bays on site which are free for blue badge holders. 10 are located near the main entrance on Du Cane Road. Four can be found on Artillery Lane, with a further four next to the north entrance (zone N). 

When using a disabled parking bay, please make sure you display a valid blue badge in the windscreen of your vehicle.

Offsite parking

Offsite parking is available at the Wormwood Scrubs council car park which is located at the north entrance (zone N), next to the Linford Christie Stadium. The car park is accessed via Artillery Lane, and has general and disabled parking bays. Alternatively, there is limited offsite parking available on Du Cane Road.

Pay and display machines are signposted and accept cash, card and contactless payments. Please ensure your ticket is displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle. You can also pay by phone, quoting the location number provided.
