Background

Professor Elizabeth Dick is a consultant radiologist and honorary senior lecturer at Imperial College NHS Healthcare Trust with expertise in body magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), emergency, trauma and musculoskeletal radiology, subjects upon which she regularly publishes and lectures nationally and internationally.

She completed a fellowship in body MRI, earning her doctoral degree at Imperial College London, as well as a musculoskeletal fellowship at Duke University, North Carolina, USA. At Imperial College Healthcare she is head of trauma radiology as well as divisional director of medical education.  She has published several books and set up and  taught on numerous UK postgraduate courses to medical and paramedical specialists.

She is the president of the British Society of Emergency Radiology and president elect of the European Society of Emergency Radiology.
