Doreen Sylvester

Background

Dr Anet Soubieres is a Consultant Gastroenterologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She completed her undergraduate training at Imperial College London and later trained in gastroenterology within the North West London Deanery.

During her specialist gastroenterology training, she completed an MD at St George’s University in lower gastrointestinal disease. She has an interest in medical education, in particular endoscopy training and is unit training lead within her department at the Trust.

Her interests include management of Upper GI disease including dyspepsia, reflux and swallowing difficulties as well as small bowel pathology and investigation of change in bowel habit. Her endoscopic practice includes diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy and video capsule endoscopy.
