Women@Imperial panel event: 'Business strength has no gender'
A free panel event tackling the origins and effects of discrimination in business, including the impacts of diversity on business performance and how it can be enforced in the future. Panellists from asset management, psychology, and academia will discuss:
- Getting conscious of unconscious bias
- Bringing identity to work and overcoming the inferiority complex
- Why diversity matters in business – what is the impact of enforcing gender equality?
