Background

Dr Sarah Taha leads the perinatal mental health service at Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital. She studied medicine at Imperial College and went on to train in psychiatry in central London. Dr Taha has gained experience working in a variety of perinatal mental health settings. She led the development of a tri-borough perinatal mental health service in west London. She is currently working with NHS England and chairs the Pan-London Perinatal Mental Health Network, which aims to bring together commissioners, practitioners from a variety of backgrounds and women and families to improve perinatal mental health services across London.
