We offer pre-pregnancy counselling with specialist physicians and obstetricians for women with pre-existing medical conditions who are considering a future pregnancy.
We are only clinic in north west London offering comprehensive multidisciplinary pre-pregnancy counselling for a range of complex medical diseases and previous obstetric complications. We offer up-to-date advice on medication, and tailored management plans for antenatal care, labour and delivery for women with complex medical conditions, including diabetes, renal, cardiac, respiratory or neurological diseases. The service is advisable for women with complicated medical conditions who are contemplating pregnancy or in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment, as it can influence pregnancy outcome. We are also happy to accept referrals of women with a previous complicated obstetric history who may wish to discuss their birth experience in preparation for a future pregnancy.
