Background
Mr Ernest Barlow-Kearsley trained in South Africa at undergraduate level in Johannesburg 1985-88. He emigrated to the UK in 1993, to undertake locum podiatry work. He converted his South African degree into a UK degree at Brighton University 1995-96. Mr Barlow-Kearsley completed his fellowship in podiatric surgery at West Middlesex University Hospital from 1996 to 2000. He completed his CCPST during three years in Doncaster, Ilkeston and the Homerton Hospitals (2000-2003). He was appointed as a consultant in podiatric surgery to CLCH working within Charing Cross Hospital in 2006. Mr Barlow-Kearsley was appointed to clinical lead in podiatry and podiatric surgery in May 2015.
