Trust response to urgent care centre CQC report
Responding to today’s Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following the inspection of the Urgent Care Centre at St Mary’s Hospital run by Vocare Limited
“We’re disappointed that the Urgent Care Centre has had to be placed in special measures by the CQC following their inspection of the Vocare-run service in July 2017.
“We will continue to work with all partners involved in delivering the Urgent Care Service at St Mary’s to help them address these urgent concerns.”
The provision of the Urgent Care Centre was awarded to London Doctors Urgent Care (LDUC), part of Vocare Limited, by Central London CCG in April 2016 following a competitive tender process.
