Our Covid-19 response - one year on
23 March marked one year since the first nationwide Covid-19 lockdown began. It has been a year like no other for the Trust. We have produced an infographic which gives an insight into just some of what has happened here in the last 12 months.
Chief executive officer, Prof Tim Orchard said:
“This has been an extraordinary year for the NHS and I am enormously proud of our staff for everything they have achieved in the most difficult and demanding of circumstances. The numbers show the scale of our pandemic response but behind each statistic is a personal story. Today marks an opportunity to reflect on what we have experienced, remember those we have lost and consider all we have learnt.”
