Closure of Winsland Mews

Winsland Mews, part of the St Mary's Hospital site, will be closed from Monday 29 April for 13 weeks to allow for construction works at the Paddington Square site.

Winsland Street, via London Street, will remain open to pedestrians and traffic for access to outpatients, the Mint building, Jefferiss Wing, Winston Churchill and Mary Stanford. Three disabled parking bays on Winsland Street will be suspended during the works. A three-point turning area will be created at the corner of Winsland Street to allow traffic back out onto London Street. Traffic marshals will be in place during normal working hours to discourage non-hospital traffic and to ensure the traffic flows smoothly.

The Trust will monitor and review the new arrangements in partnership with Erith, the construction company, Westminster City Council and Transport for London.
