Surgical Nursing Open Day

We are excited to be hosting an Open day for nurses considering a career in Surgery.

We welcome interest from nurses from all backgrounds, previous experience in Surgery is by no means essential.

We provide training and development opportunities to support nursing practice. Our open day offers the chance to meet some of our clinical team and get to know how we can support your career progression.

On the day we will offer you a guided tour and we will showcase our service, practice, research and discuss continuing professional development opportunities.

We take great pride in the standards we meet and respect the contributions made by every member of our team. You will become part of a team with a wealth of experience, both clinically and administratively, who will be able to offer you support, training and guidance as you develop your career with us. We can offer you support in developing your skills as you advance in your career, including 1:2:1 coaching and regular in-house training programmes. Our busy but supportive environment is the ideal place to learn new skills and develop existing ones.

Our team members have an excellent track record for career progression, whether it is into more senior nursing roles or into service or business management.
