What do clients think of the service?
At WMP we are open to ideas, feedback and suggestions to make the service as user friendly as possible. Every year we carry out a satisfaction survey and ask for your opinions about the service we run.
Additionally, each time you come to clinic we ask you to give us your feedback via our Patient Experience Tracker (PET ) devices that are stationed in each clinic area.
Here are some of the clients comments from last year’s patient satisfaction survey:
- 95 percent of respondents rated the WMP as excellent in its standard of care
- 96 percent of respondents were happy with confidentiality arrangements
- 96 percent of respondents were made to feel at ease during their visit
- 100 percent of respondents felt the service was helpful and pleasant towards them
