Working Men Project

Since 1994 the Working Men Project has been the only service that offers tests daily for men who work in the sex industry in London. It is part of the largest Sexual health clinic in Europe, the Jefferiss Wing.

The Working Men Project aims to provide a quality service for sexual health promotion and HIV prevention. It is open to any man who sells sex or works within the commercial male sex and adult entertainment industries.

The project offers expert help in all aspects of sexual health, including screening and treatment for sexually transmitted conditions and advice about HIV. The project is for working men of any sexual orientation, age, ethnicity or spiritual belief.

What we offer
Don't be afraid to book an appointment with our sexual health service. All sexual health services are free and confidential, this includes foreign visitors to the UK. 

When registering with the project you can use a different name and your visit will be confidential. Your clinical records are highly confidential and protected by law. No other Government departments or agencies can gain access to them including the Police, social security or immigration. Even if you don't have a valid visa to work in the United Kingdom sexual health services are free and confidential.

No tests or examinations are carried out without your full informed consent, and all information is held in strict confidence.
