Our staff make every effort to answer any questions or concerns you have and to ensure your relative's or friend's hospital treatment is satisfactory. However, hospital treatment can be complicated and sometimes confusing, and you may require additional help and support.
For on-the-spot help, advice and support, you can get in touch with our patient advice and liaison service (PALS). There is also a wide range of patient support groups associated with our hospitals that welcome patients' relatives and carers - see below for more information. The chaplaincy service can also offer emotional and spiritual support.
