Referral information for GPs

Referrals
To refer a patient for sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing, including HIV, please complete and return our referral form (PDF, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, free download).

The walk-in clinic is open access during clinic hours. If you think a patient needs urgent assessment you do not need to telephone. Please send the patient to the ground floor clinic in the Jefferiss wing. For urgent referrals please send a referral letter with the patient if possible.
