Confidentiality

We take your right to confidentiality very seriously. However, in order to ensure that you are properly cared for, where necessary we will share information about your treatment with other staff within Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Everyone working for the NHS has a legal duty to maintain patient confidentiality and we will treat your medical records accordingly. All genito-urinary (GU) notes remain in the Jefferiss wing.

Your contact details
We may occasionally need to contact you about your treatment. Please tell the clinic's reception or nurses how you would prefer to be contacted (a mobile number is fine) and keep us informed about any changes to your address or telephone number. The reception staff will check this on each visit to ensure we have your records up to date and improve how we communicate with you about your care.
