Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, in partnership with Imperial College London, is one of only five National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) comprehensive biomedical research centres (BRCs) in England. Our NIHR BRC status is a great honour and represents a huge opportunity to shape and influence the direction of translational research in this country over the next four years.
The purpose of NIHR BRC funding is to accelerate the progression of new scientific concepts into diagnoses and treatments for human sufferers.
