You can make a donation to the pulmonary hypertension service at Hammersmith Hospital through the Hammersmith pulmonary hypertension fund. This is a charitable fund (registration number 1059138) that supports clinical developments to improve patient care, education and research into pulmonary hypertension. We welcome donations of any amount to support our work and bring about a better future for our patients with pulmonary hypertension.
