The pulmonary hypertension service is based at Hammersmith Hospital and forms part of the national pulmonary hypertension services network.  

Our services
The service at Hammersmith Hospital is provided by a multidisciplinary team and provides advice about pulmonary hypertension, diagnostic investigation, outpatient and inpatient treatment, and long-term follow-up. Our patients come mainly from the south of England and Wales.
