Outpatients

Once you have booked an outpatient appointment with us you will receive an appointment letter. This will contain details of your first appointment, such as the date, time and where you need to go once you get to the hospital.

Please check you know which of our five hospitals you are coming to. To find out how to get to the hospital, visit Getting here.

Please note that a small selection of our services are provided at
St Charles' Hospital (PDF, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, free download), Exmoor Street, London W10 6DZ.

New outpatient guide
We have developed a new guide for outpatients to help improve your experience at our hospitals. The guide provides a range of information related to your outpatient appointment, as well as information about the Trust, hospital facilities and useful contact numbers.

The guide will be given to all new outpatients as part of a four-week trial. If you have read the guide, please tell us what you think. This will help us improve the guide for other patients.
