When you arrive

When you arrive at the hospital, please go straight to the location indicated in your admission letter and let a member of staff know you have arrived. Our staff will check details such as your home address and your next of kin as they book you in for treatment.

Storing personal possessions
A member of staff will show you to the ward you are staying in and help you settle in. We will provide you with a bedside cupboard for your personal possessions. This does not lock so please do not use it for storing medication or anything valuable.

Please do not bring valuables or large sums of money. In exceptional circumstances, our nursing staff may be able to arrange for small items to be kept in custody.
