Charing Cross Heart Support Group
A support group set up by former heart patients of Charing Cross Hospital and their partners, with help from Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust’s cardiac prevention and rehabilitation team.

The group gives people the chance to meet others in a similar position and learn more about living with heart problems. They regularly invite speakers to their forum.

One member describes it as “great for people who have been in hospital for heart treatment. It gives them a good network of others to talk to when they leave.” The group is eager to attract new members.
