How to book an appointment

The way you can book your appointment will vary depending on which specialist your GP is recommending you need to see.

Choose and Book
For appointments that are available through Choose and Book, there are several different options. Your appointment request letter will explain which methods you can use at our hospitals. These may include:

Booking your appointment with a member of your GP’s practice team
Using the Choose and Book section on the HealthSpace website
Calling the central Choose and Book appointments line on 0845 608 8888 (all calls are charged at local rate)

Other appointments
For non-Choose and Book or follow-up appointments, you can call us direct. For Charing Cross, Hammersmith or Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital, call 020 3313 5000. For St Mary’s or Western Eye Hospital, call 020 3312 3793.
