Making an appointment
Once you are registered with us, you can make an appointment to see a GP or nurse at either centre by calling 020 8893 0384 or visiting reception at one of the centres between 08.00 and 20.00.

• How to register
We offer appointments from 08.00 to 20.00, seven days a week. If you have an urgent problem, we aim to see you on the day you call. If your condition isn’t urgent, you can expect to see a
GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP. You can expect to see a nurse within one working day.
If you don’t need an appointment within two working days, you can book up to eight weeks in advance.
Our nurses treat a wide range of common conditions and are qualified to prescribe from a range of medicines.
