Patient representative for Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group
The Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group (HFCCG) is inviting applications from local patients to join its board.
The role of the Patient Representative is to ensure that the CCG takes into account the views of local patients and the public in its planning and decision-making processes.
To be eligible, patients must be registered with a GP practice in Hammersmith and Fulham.
If you are interested and feel you can commit at least 4 hours of your time every fortnight, please complete the application form outlining how you meet the Role Description. Short listed members will be contacted in early December and invited to attend an interview on 14th December 2011.

The Medicine directorate are looking for volunteers to join their Patient Panel/User Groups. This is a group made up of members of the public who regularly use our services and visit our hospitals. The role of the group would be to assist with voluntary tasks that help to improve the patient experience at the Trust. The patient panel gets involved in individual projects such as:

The Trust is also looking to improve and revise the pre-op assessment, day case and inpatient Tobacco Control Initiative (TCI) letters to patients with the intention of making them clearer to the public.
