This has been developed to provide women and their families with direct and easy access to maternity-related information. This is also the number to use for easy and quick self-referral for maternity care at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

The service is co-ordinated by a senior midwife, with the support of a team of midwives who work across Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital and St Mary's hospital to ensure the helpline service provides information relating to the whole of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
