Community recruitment
Our community recruitment and training programme supports unemployed people and the agencies that work with them. This innovative programme maximises retention, minimises absence and promotes diversity.

Training
We offer learning and development opportunities to our own staff as well as other NHS employees. Some types of training are aimed particularly at staff in bands one to four, such as basic skills and NVQs. Others are aimed at all staff, such as the European computer driving licence (ECDL) and essential IT skills.

Employment support
Our vocational development adviser can offer employment support, including advice and guidance around training, benefits, and career progression, whether you are unemployed, studying or already in work.

Skills Centre
The Skills Centre, our comprehensive training facility, is available for both internal and external users to hire.
