Learning for Work

Learning for Work is a unique programme that offers flexible and tailored work experience alongside career guidance and one-to-one support for people finding it difficult to secure paid employment.

The programme is a successful and innovative approach to community recruitment and training, and helps fill frontline jobs in the NHS. Most of the jobs we recruit for are based at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, but with funding from the London Development Agency we are also expanding to recruit for other health-related organisations in the NHS and voluntary sector.

Training
Learning for Work also provides training for a wide range of staff across the Trust, such as essential IT skills. Find out more in Our services.

Skills Centre
Learning for Work manages the well-equipped, multi-disciplinary Skills Centre at Charing Cross Hospital, which is available for booking by external users.
