Hammersmith Food Research can offer the services of its key staff as consultants. This service can be based at the client’s site or premises, or at our site at Hammersmith Hospital. Consultancy is available across the full range of services we offer.

Clients have found our expertise on managing the GI of foods through management of the ingredients to be particularly valuable and cost effective.

Hammersmith Food Research also stages educational interventions in key areas, either at the client’s site or at our own.

Our consultancy service has the following key features:

• Service purchased in units of half a day
• Can visit client or meet at our site
• Can include educational interventions

The minimum purchase is half a day. The fee will include travel and preparation time.
