If your patients or their families need advice or have concerns about their care at our hospitals, a member of our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) team can provide on-the-spot support and advice to help resolve problems as quickly as possible.
The PALS team at St Mary's and Western Eye Hospitals can also arrange an interpreter for outpatients. For interpreters at Charing Cross, Hammersmith or Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital, please contact the interpreting office by calling 020 3311 7697 or by sending a fax to 020 3311 1277.
