Referrals are via Choose and Book, with the exception of one-stop and two-week wait referrals.

For all suspected cancer referrals, complete a West London Cancer Network referral form and fax to 020 3311 1757.

Referrals to St Mary’s Hospital

Referrals are via Choose and Book, with the exception of the one-stop haematuria and prostate clinics.
