Referrals to Imperial College Healthcare

All acute stroke patients should be sent immediately to the emergency department, Charing Cross Hospital via LAS (999) for rapid assessment.

Stroke follow up appointments will be made with the stroke consultant physicians.

TIA referrals should be made using the north-west London referral proforma.

As the regional hyper acute stroke centre we receive referrals from other trusts in north-west London via pathways agreed by the North West London Stroke and Cardiac Network.
