Referrals are accepted for people who are unable to be seen by their local PCT service and who can attend outpatient clinics.

Adult referrals for swallowing difficulties must be signed by a doctor or a dysphagia trained practitioner.

Paediatric referrals can be made by phone to 020 3313 3076, bleep 5226 or post.

St Mary's Hospital 
Adult ENT outpatient referrals to St Mary’s SLT department come from ENT surgeons or SLTs at other hospitals. All patients must have had a nasendoscopy prior to voice assessment by the specialist SLT.
