Referrals to Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital

All women should have their first antenatal appointment with a midwife before the end of their twelfth week of pregnancy. Please help us to ensure your patients are seen promptly by ensuring you refer them as soon as possible in their pregnancy and refer them by fax or email as follows:

Referrals to the antenatal clinic and maternal medicine are by fax to 020 3313 8518 or email:

For urgent referrals to the antenatal clinic and maternal medicine, please call the booking
office on 020 3313 3526, followed by a referral request by fax to 020 3313 8518.

All tertiary referrals from either hospitals or GPs to the centre for fetal care are by telephone to 020 3313 3998, followed by a referral request by fax to 020 3313 3507.

Referrals to St Mary’s Hospital
