For suspected cancer referrals, please use the West London Cancer Network (WLCN) referral forms. Alternatively, the referral must state ‘urgent’ and ‘suspected cancer’ or ‘urgent’ and ‘two-week wait’.

All suspected cancer patients’ referrals must be received within 24 hours of the GP’s decision to refer and must meet the referral criteria.
