Choose and book

You can electronically book appointments through Choose and Book for most specialties at our five hospitals. For more information see the list of clinics available on Choose and Book at our Trust (Excel document).

Urgent referrals
Although some clinics do have urgent slots available, we advise you to go to our services section to confirm how to refer urgent patients. Suspected cancer appointments are not available through Choose and Book.

Optometrists can refer directly to Western Eye Hospital for both routine medical retina conditions and urgent wet AMD using our secure online or fax referral form.
