Quality accounts

What are quality accounts and why are they important?
We are committed to continually improving the quality of the services we provide to our patients. Our quality accounts are an annual report of:

  • How well we are doing against targets we are set by the Department of Health, our local primary care trusts (PCTs) and those we set ourselves as an organisation. 
  • How well we are doing when compared to similar healthcare providers. 
  • Where we need to improve the quality of the services we provide. 
  • Our priorities for the coming year
